Hi, we are using Splunk from long time but we don't have support account to get help from Splunk like to raise issue with them. The old team who managed Splunk they don't have support account.
Kindly, provide me the steps to get support account for splunk.

How can we find the Partner or sales person name, please advise.

Hi @VijayA,
If you have a valid license, you can contact your Splunk Partner or Splunk Sales, to add one or more (until three) of you to your license.
Then you can use these accounts to open cases.
