In general, you have only to read them using a Forwarder (Universal or heavy), if you haven't a Forwarder in the server where the reports are stored, you should copy them in a server with Forwarder.
But the question is: what's the format of these reports?
they are readable if they are in text format (.txt or .csv) not pdf or .xlsx.
To bring them, you have only to create an input stanza in inputs.conf (on the Forwarder) to read these reports.
