I am trying to integrate RedLock with Splunk Cloud and I am using a trial account as I want to make sure this works before purchasing a license. How can I go about getting the port changed to 443 from 8088 for the HEC?

i am not sure you have the capability of changing ports in the cloud trial environment.
also, i think that ports under 1024 requires root permission which you will not have.
ill suggest to have a trial on a small VM in your environment if the use of 443 is required
hope it helps
