We are trying to upgrade our Splunk light cloud trial instance to a paid instance. When we click the "Upgrade" link we are immediately redirected to an error page. I have reached out to technical support but they said this is a sales issue. I've reached out to sales using multiple avenues and have gotten no response. It is Saturday and our trial expires on Monday. We really don't want to lose the content and data we have in there.
Has anyone else had this issue? Any suggestions??
