upgrading to Deployment Monitor 5.x, any caveats?

I realized I am still running Deployment Monitor 4.x on my 5.x deploy. Are there any caveats around upgrading to the 5.x version? So far, I see that summary indexing is replaced (by report acceleration?), and it looks like leaving the old version in place during upgrade will help the new one configure itself.

The "report acceleration" based saved searches that will be created when you upgrade and restart.

We just upgraded over the top without any issues.
