migrate from non clustered distributed environment to indexer clustering

Hi Team, 

Any suggestions or ideas for migrating from a non clustered indexers to Clustered environment.Currently we have 10indexers with clustered search head and planning to migrate it to Indexer cluster.What is the process or key steps need to be considered.Thanks
