Summary Index Backfill in Search Head Cluster

Hello
I have a scheduled search that populates a summary index. I would like to backfill that summary index for the last 7 days.
My question is this:
Is the best practice still using the python script fill_summary_index.py?
Where should this be run in a large search head cluster environment?

Ans1: IMO, yes. I don't see any other automated way to do a backfill.
Ans2: This can run on any of the SHC member.
