Splunk to move from C drive to drive in windows

Hi, I would like to move splunk from c drive to d drive due to space issues.
For now I have tried stopping splunk, Moving the entire splunk folder to d drive. I then configured the splunk_home in splunk-launch.conf and also for the splunkDB path.

I then restarted splunk, Restart process happens correctly- But SPLUNK WEB wont launch.

Is there any step am missing here. Please advise.

Check your internal index for errors and warnings after the move.

 index=_internal host=yourhost log_level=warn* OR log_level=err*

If no data is flowing to that need for your host, see:

  $splunk_home$/var/log/splunk/splunkd.log

Most likely you have indexes.conf settings that are referencing the old path.
