Received an empty peer list from the master. guid2server name map doesn't exist for master

Dear All.
I am not able to configure search on my machine. I am getting this error

Received an empty peer list from the master. guid2server name map doesn't exist for master - https://192.168.0.122:808

May I know what is the reason for this.

Make sure the cluster master is seeing enough peer nodes to start up your cluster (>= RF/SF), and that your search head is correctly linked to the cluster master.
