We had a case today where the two Search Heads were out of sync.
Based on Search head clustering dashboards in the monitoring console
I ran splunk resync shcluster-replicated-config
which according to the Search Head Clustering: Status and Configuration of the Data Management Console, fixed the issue. However, one client still sees an old version of his dashboard. Is there a way to recover it?
Try to clear your browser cache (or bump the search head
Or if it is only 1 dashboard > Edit it on a SH that had the "new version". On Save it should replicate.
After the splunk resync shcluster-replicated-config
command on the two SHs, we are back to the "old" version...
