Hi

Is there a way to use CIDR to create a server class in deployment server OR any other option to sue serverclasses using subnets?

You can't use CIDR, but you can wildcard an entire or partial octet. For example you could use:

whitelist.0 = 10.0.0.*
whitelist.1 = 192.168.1*.2*

See the whitelist section here: http://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/latest/Admin/Serverclassconf
