Deployment Server - Push to remove apps

Deployment server is used to push apps out to servers. Can it be used to remove the app directory as well?

Not disable in app.conf, but fully remove the app entirely.

Hi @ben_leung

Check out the "App Management Issues" section on this docs page about deployment apps. I think it answers your question.

So removing the stanza in serverclass.conf, no other commands, the deployment clients will automatically remove the app. Please correct me if my understanding is wrong.

If you remove an app from the deployment server's repositoryLocation (defined in serverclass.conf), the deployment client will delete its copy of the app. There is no way to tell the deployment client instead to start managing the app on its own.
