Splunk Cloud - is there a supported way to have a decoder for email?

We are currently using "MIME Decoder Add-on for Cisco ESA" to decode email subjects. It seems that this add-on is not supported in the cloud.

Is there another way to decode UTF-8

There is some confusion. We do not talk about  "Splunk Add-on for Cisco ESA". 

I have asked for MIME Decoder Add-on for Cisco ESA
