Need to change the splunk panel color to gray when the log information isn't available.

Hi kishoreyv, There are some panel coloring options described here that might work for you : http://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/latest/Viz/PanelreferenceforSimplifiedXML

If none of those work, then you can investigate using javascript based views to fully customize the experience.
