How do you modify the search string that is used in an existing dashboard.

my current dashboard search string looks like this:

search (index=*******) |

I want it to look like this:

search (index=******) (Host=x.x.x.) |

I found the search string by clicking on the italic i on the dashboard.

Thanks for your help!

Not sure if it was the best way but I was able to open up the dashboard pivot and just add a filter.
