How to color certain columns in mail body?

Hi,

I have a tabular format which is sent as a mail.Below give is the tabular format:

Name BookedHours Violation(in percentage)
XYZ 16 if hours less than 20 then red color
ABC 22 otherwise green

I need to color the violation column as specified in the mail alert.
Is there any way of achieving this?
