Can you help me find a keyword in a search and have those results displayed on a dashboard?

I'm searching for the particular keyword "recovery completed" as we don't have any particular wildcard to check whether backup status is completed or not from the log. Depending upon the result, I need to create a dashboard of whether backup is completed or not. I have been trying for a day but still am not getting the desired dashboard.

You can try like-

index=yourindexname "recovery completed"

It will show the events with "recovery completed" from your index and then save it as dashboard

What is the problem you are facing and what is the code you are using? Also what exactly is desired output- a table( what all fields to display)?
