One of the important dashboard has been deleted by an user in our Search Head and our SH is hosted in Cloud and managed by Splunk Support. So is there any possibility to restore the deleted dashboard in the Search head.

I'm not 100% sure, but I expecting that there is no backups running on Splunk Cloud unless you haven't setup those by yourself or request those from Splunk Support.
