I joined the Splunker volunteer community, and our BEAMs employee resource group, in helping to put on an event in Austin, Texas hosted by a Black male entrepreneurship and STEM mentorship non-profit.  In challenging the young Black men that I worked with at this event by leveraging Splunk and our partnership with McLaren, we not only gained avenues to further educate and positively impact our next generations, but also avenues to enhance our selling motions and shape the stories we deliver to our customers.
