Hello, Splunk Community!
As you may have already noticed, things are looking a wee bit different around here today. That's because we’ve launched a new navigation bar here on the Splunk Community platform. With more succinct labeling, relevant categorization and a more purposeful navigation design on desktop and mobile, we hope that this will not only ensure you’re able to get the information that you need, but also provide an exceptional user experience — as you deserve!

In with the new:
When we set out to refresh the nav bar, we made data-driven choices to determine how to approach this. We took stock of the boards and pages with the most traffic and activity, as well as getting feedback directly from our amazing community members (you!) to determine what’s been working well as well as where there was room for improvement.
While we recognize that any changes require a bit of adaptation and time to get used to, the majority of the Splunk Community experience should remain functionally unchanged for you. We recommend taking a look through the new top level categories to see where adjustments were made, paying particular attention to the following changes:
As always, this platform is just one of the myriad of ways to engage with the Splunk Community. If you haven’t already done so, we heartily welcome you to check out not only the portions of this platform you may not be as familiar with, but also to join our Community Slack and hit up a local User Group event!
Whatever your preferred way to engage with your fellow Splunk users and community members, we hope you know how important you are to us here at Splunk. Our primary goal is to provide you with a helpful, friendly, smooth community experience, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
Cheers!
The Splunk Community Team
PS: We are aware that this new change has produced a few bugs, and are actively working on resolving them. We are grateful for your patience as we get things running in pristine condition for you!
