Try following code:

 e.preventDefault();
window.location.href="{% url '<APP_NAME>:<TEMPLATE_NAME>' %}?param1=value1&param2=Value2

APP_NAME : the given app name within which the template is residing.
TEMPLATE_NAME: The template name given in urls.py.

Try following code:

 e.preventDefault();
window.location.href="{% url '<APP_NAME>:<TEMPLATE_NAME>' %}?param1=value1&param2=Value2

APP_NAME : the given app name within which the template is residing.
TEMPLATE_NAME: The template name given in urls.py.
