Is there a way to download inactive Splunk Certificate??

I need to download inactive splunk certificate that I have got long back ,but i am not able find any way to do that.

I don't think you can able to download inactive certifications, those are replaced by new certifications,
but try reaching out to splunk certification team, they will suggest to better
