splunk fundamentals 1 exam final registration for certification mailing issue

Hai All,

Completed all the modules in splunk fundamentals 1 ,,,finally to register for the exam
after clicking register for certification pop up new tab will come in that
Register to take the Certification Exam. ,when i clicked that link a new blank window is opening in Google chrome ...
that's it I'm not able to mail to splunk team .
Checked with all the Browsers like IE,Chrome,Mozilla , didn't find any good result
I guess its related with mail server configuration ...can any body help step by step process to do so.

Hey

You can directly send a mail to certification@splunk.com from the id you have created splunk account. and tell them that you want to register for Splunk Fundamentals 1 exam.

Subject: Splunk Fundamentals 1 Exam 
Body:
Hi,

Kindly schedule the Splunk Fundamentals 1 online test for me. I have completed all the modules of Splunk Fundamentals 1.

from new blank window copy the url in notepad as its trying to open outlook directly.
Now from this link copy your username and userid in mailUserName%20%3A%20 LEARNER_123456%20%0A UserId %20%3A% 123456789%0A and send below mail to certification@splunk.com.
To: certification@splunk.com

Subject: Splunk Certified User - Fun I request

Please register <Your Name> for the  Splunk Certified User Exam.

UserName : LEARNER_123456

UserId : 123456789
