permisions kicking me out of Splunk for DBX App

I have an admin that was messing with permissions on the objects in the DBX app.
I went back and made sure everything was set the same "global, All:Read, Admin:Write"

All the functions seem to be working on all the costume searches and dashboards.

When I go to "https://Mysystem.com:8000/en-US/app/dbx/home" I get redirected this link
"https://Mysystem.com:8000/en-US/account/login?return_to=%2Fen-US%2Fapp%2Fdbx%2Fhome"
and it brings my browser to the login page
I cant seem to get to any of the APP views by typing in the URL.

Has anyone seen this issue before?

Are you a member of the dbx_user group? This membership is required for the access you are attempting:

hi, this sounds like your app level access has been revoked -- you should discuss with your splunk admin.

I am the Splunk Admin and I think I have access to the app just not the views

I looked at the 4 views in DBX and I can see 2 out of 4 and they all have the same permissions.

Thanks much for the response. I appreciate the help.

Something was changed and when I go to the Splunk DB Connect App I get redirected to the Logon screen

I can't seem to get to any of the APP views by typing in the URL.

When I go to Manager » User interface » Views for the dbx app and click on "open" for each view

I can open "dbinfo" and "dbquery" view's

I get redirected when I try and open the " dbxstatus" or "home" views
