Does anyone know when the Splunk Support Portal is going to be fixed? Been this way all weekend.

I click on Support / Support Portal and I am greeted with this:

Login Error
Your login attempt using single sign-on with an identity provider certificate has failed. Please contact your salesforce.com administrator for more information.

What is the issue you are seeing? Superficially it looks okay to me.

There was apparently an issue with mixed-case user names that has been fixed. Please let us know if you are still unable to log in to the support portal now.

I've asked Support about it, there have been some customers reporting this problem and our infrastructure team is looking into it; it's been hard to reproduce. If you need to open a case in the meantime, please call the Support hotline.
