Want to know the difference between splunk support and community support for following apps:-

Splunk Support means exactly that - Splunk provides support for the add-on. You can get help from Splunk's tech support team.
Community Support means pretty much the opposite. Splunk does not support the add-on. You can help by posting on Answers.
I would try both....
