We are having an issue in my company where Zendesk just fails and I want to use splunk to monitor and log everything. Please help. I have read many blogs but none seems relevant. some suggested to use HAR viewer but I prefer splunk to capture everything.
For webhook configurations, what are the pre- requisites . I am new to webhook , but have to configure for zendesk ticketing information on Splunk. Please help with the same if there are any available info/link. Thanks
