Is there a way to see my co-worker's case?
We work for the same company and I want to know if accounts can see/view each other open cases.
@ somesoni2 is correct you will need to be assigned to the same entitlement as your colleague to view and update each others cases.

Every support contact is assigned an "Entitlement". Call/email Splunk support and ask them to add you to the Entitlement your co-worker belongs to.
