How can I resume the Splunk Fundamentals 1 course after my access has expired?

I signed up for the Fundamentals 1 course awhile ago and completed some of the modules. After taking a break for an extended period, I logged back in and tried to load one of the videos, but it says, "Your access to this course has expired".

I emailed education_amer@splunk.com multiple times about this issue, but haven't gotten a response.

I would like to finish the course.
What should I do?

but There is nothing to accept....

Fundamentals 1 is free course.
Let's re-register with this and achieve this time.

SELF-PACED TRAINING: All self-paced classes (eLearning or Instructor-on-Demand) must be completed within 30 days of registration. Access to self-paced classes cannot be extended or reset. Each class can only be completed once. Splunk recommends registering for one self-paced class at a time.
