Problem
Scheduled report mail is not working, and the following error message appears in the server logs.
Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: No Identity Entity associated with id
Solution
The user who had created these reports has been deleted. A new user must create new reports as entities are not associated with this user id.
Refer to the "Created By" column in the reports screen to verify the user id.
