All Java agents have been registered but are reporting status as down. What do I do?

Problem:

All Java Agents under the application have been registered successfully, but are reporting status as down.

From the Agent logs:

Solution:

  1. First, check if the Agents have been disabled
    • In the Controller UI, click on the App Server Agents tab, and then click "Enable Agents."
  2. Then, verify if any Action Suppression actions have been configured?
    • In the Controller UI, click on Alert & Respond tab, and then click on Actions.
    • Uncheck the "Disable reporting for Associated Agents" checkbox.
