Hi Saurabh
If you have an OnPrem controller you can increase the value in the admin
console (admin.jsp). This is the max number of different types of errors
the controller can register (this is used to facilitate ie decrease the
amount, the communication between agent and controller).
The other solution is to exclude errors (error detection in the settings)

Hi JB

Thanks a lot for your reply, but wanted to know which controller settings we need to change?

Hi Saurabh,

I asked a couple of people on our platform team here and one person suggested that the agent is instrumenting too many classes. The recommendation is that you reach out to our customer support team to review the classes instrumented for Async and see if they can be reduced.

I'm waiting to hear back from another person but that's the initial answer. The second answer might be same but I'll let you know.

Best,

Cody
