not able to configure SMS alerts in appdynamics

i am trying to configure SMS alerts in appdynamics. after trying the settings given in documents its getting failed. kindly help me in this.

Hi,

Do you have  carrier's gateway authentication? Can have the setup if you have carrier's gateway access that provides your cellphone service. For example, txt.att.net.

we dont have any direct carrier, we are using SMS country from sending bulk sms. info shared by u same we have seen in document but we dont have it instead we have "sms country"

can u help us in this?
