I had followed the steps mentioned at, https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO42/Instrument+Windows+Services+and+Standalone+Applications, for instrumenting Windows Service in AppDynamics. But, the controller doesn't show any info on the services monitored. I have attached the config file for reference. Let me know what is the issue.

Typing from my phone so sorry for the brief email
Without too much investigation, problem is probably that we don't detect
any entry point out of the box for a Windows service app. (No known
framework to instrument).
So either you need to talk to developer to define your POCO (custom entry
points) or to instrument the upstream application that calls the service
