I somehow chose the wrong download type (SAAS) when my account was initially set up and am not able to download the on-premise version. Could you please me with that?

Hi Bo,
We do not have a self-service approach of changing the deployment options. You should reach out to the Sales Rep assigned to your account (you should have received an email from him already) and he will be set you up with an on-premise trial. I will also let him know so that he can reach out again.
