deploying AppDynamics *application* (not agent) to EAP6 / Postgresql

I am wondering if it possible to deploy the appdynamics application to EAP6 and use a postgresql database.  I am not talking about configuring an agent to run with those two technologies, but deploying the actual appdynamics application to these environments.  My shop is trying to purchase the pro version, but it I have been informed that the appdynamics application uses glassfish and mysql (I've been unable to very this myself, so if that is completely wrong then..)

We've already recieved some warnings about this  from the SA's who run  the operational environment where we intend to deploy the application once we finish our evaluation.

Is it practical to configure appdynamics to run in EAP6 and use postgresql?  Or are we better off avoiding that route and instead focusing on doing the work to get mysql and glassfish approved for our environment (a -significant- amount of work, that may ultimately fail in the end)

Hi Clifford,

Currently we do "not" support deploying appdynamics application on JBoss and also the current setup works with only mysql database which comes with installation setup itself, hope it clarifies your query.

Thanks,

Arun
