Hi,

We do not see any suspicious info from latest agent logs, but we see the logging period does not span more than a minute as you noticed:

=================
[Thread-0] 15 Feb 2014 14:19:30,035  INFO AgentKernel - Starting Java Agent at Sat Feb 15 14:19:30 IST 2014 ...
[Thread-0] 15 Feb 2014 14:19:47,184  INFO ConfigurationChannel - Registration information received Node ID[7] Component ID[8] Application ID [4]..
[Thread-0] 15 Feb 2014 14:19:48,131  INFO JavaAgent - Started AppDynamics Java Agent Successfully.
================

Can you provide the following details:
- how much time the jvm is up and running? (is it short lived jvm process)
- We do not see any entry. interceptors from BCT.log this could be due to low run time period, can you please make sure the jvm is up and running for atleast 5 minutes
and capture agent logs at DEBUG level, you can change logging level in log4j.xml at /home/AppServerAgent/conf/logging path

- provide the server on which the agent is configured , is it tomcat or let us know if it is standalone jvm with just main class, if this is the case can you define a pojo rule in configure -> instrumentation -> trasnaction deteciton screen on api that is called from main method and also restart jvm with the following -D jvm arg : -Dappdynamics.cron.vm=true

Regards,

Arun
