Using AppDynamics Is it possible to track a user session which would Include a set of business transactions bundled together for one specifc user?

Yes, it is possible with new 4.2 version

If you have unique authenticated users, then filtering Business Transactions by a specific 'User Principal' should do the trick.  If not, then your next option is 'Session ID'.

Note that only Buisness Transactions with Snapshots will be found.

Thanks for the responce, I Could not find any documentation on filtering the business transactions based on the the User principle, Can you please share if anything is available? I have attached the screenshot of a sample application BT filter options here.

And regarding the session ID, Is it possible to get the session ID if it is not available in the request parameters(url)? As far as we can see the business transactions are tracked by using the request strings passed to the server. Please let me know if I need to elaborate the question. and Thanks allot for your help.

Sorry for the confusion. We're talking about filtering snapshots, not the aggregated Business Transactions. I've attached a screenshot to illustrate. Again, I'm not sure it's exactly what you are looking for, but hopefully it will help.

I don't know that this will do exactly what you want, but you could filter snapshots by a specific user session to see all the snapshots taken for that session.
