I am using Appdynamics to monitor a JAVA Application which is having Flex/Flash Content on its front end. The problem I am facing is that I am not able to see all the webrequests under the "Transaction Snapshots" Tab. A few requests are only coming, Not all the requests are getting displayed.

Can you please provide some help regarding the same?

Hi,

We understood that BT discovered in "Business transactions" screen for which you are trying to view snapshots matches all the URI requests made, let us know if any disconnect.

We see this could be due to default slow and periodic threshold settings under Configure -> Slow transaction thresholds screen which will help to collect snapshot for every request , we request you to see if the following suggestions helps:

Please be sure that default settings are the optimized settings for production environment and we request you to optimize back aggressive settings suggested below once you are done with debugging sesssion.

Option1:  Update slow and period settings as referred in screenshots listed below to meet your requirement.

Option2: enabled on-demand snapshots property to true to get snapshots for each request , but please be sure agent will collect snapshots for each minute as long as default max-snapshots-per-minute is not hit which is 20 by default per agent node.

Let us know if that information helps.

Arun
