Unable to install Controller in Linux Environment due to missing CheckLibaio.sh

I am trying to install controller on my 64 bit Linux server, But I am unable to do the installation due to missing CheckLibaio.sh.

Can you please help me in this regard.

Hi,

We understood that controller installation is failing while checking for libaio package , if this is the case can you try re-run the controller installation process after issuing the command listed below and see how it goes:

apt-get install libaio1

I have installed libaio package as well. And this is the version of libaio - "libaio-0.3.106-5.x86_64".

But still not able to proceed with installation. Please provide some help

Hi,

Can you help us provide the following to debug further:

- install4j logs

- console stacktrace during installation process with error related to package missing

- OS version and controller version
