Hi all,

I'm trying to help our customer who uses AppDynamics to create a HTTP template for generating tickets directly into our ticketing system.

I'm 99% there but I am stuck on two points.

1. Our ticket system expects the time in GMT and AppD seems to set the eventTime in PDT. Is it possible to change that?

2. I may also need to change the date format but I'm not really familiar with Velocity and how it ineracts with the AppD templates.

If anyoen has any suggestions, I'd appreciate it.

The first link doesn't help since it's not initated by a browser, it's initated by an alert which is then sent to the ticket system via the HTTP template.

The 2nd seems to state that it's not possible to change the timezone at all, which seems a little achaic.
