Hello,
I have scheduled a report to be sent but there is nothing arriving in the email I have specified.
The configurations are correct since I am able to send test emails to the specified address via the controller. I am also reset my password via email.
Is this a known issue?
Any possible fixes for this?

We are also having the same issue on Controller version 4.2.1.4. Logged a ticket and they said that this will be fixed in Controller version 4.2.3. And it is already available for download. We have not decided yet if we should upgrade the controller just to have the reporting functionality.
