Hi,

Environment: 4.0.2.0 Build 13 Running on Cent OS, My local setup is running on IOS 10 &

PHP 5.5.23

1) In call graph, exit calls/thread show some DB count. but those number are not matched with the SQL Calls in "Dril Down" window and total sql calls reported by AppDynamics are not matched with the mysql query count. Note: I have used 0 ms as filter and my monitoring level is Developement.

For example I have seen like 100 queries on mysql, but i have seen only few queries on the controler. I hope there should be some configuration to show all the queries. Could you pls let me know.

2) Is there any option to see the Call Graph for the sql query. Currently I'm seeing the SQL query and total number of execution. But I don't have oprtion to see the call graph (from orgin to who triggered the sql)

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Mohan

Hi Piyush,

Regarding you # 2 sugesstion:

It looks like on "Call Drill Down", I could not find the SQL queries on "Call Graph" which is listed under "SQL Calls" section. Some queries are listed not all the queries. My requirement is to capture all the DB Calls and need to trace those calls from the call graph.

Could you pls sugeest how to achive it. Thanks.

Regards,

Mohan

Hi Mohan,

1) AppDynamics default values to capture the sqls and code path is 10ms so this could be the reason for number mismatch. Can you please enclose the screen captures for the settings and number mismatch which will help us understand the issue better.

2) If you select a BT and then go to the snapshot section where we show all the periodic snapshost collected. You can open any snapshot and drill down in the call graph and see the code path. Please send us a few screen captures to understnd the issue better if this is not what you expect.

Best Regards,

Piyush
