PHP Agent Communication Issues with SaaS Controller

Hello Everyone,

I have installed the PHP agent successfully on an Ubuntu host using the following command. I think I've pretty much covered all the parameters.

sudo sh install.sh -s -a=<Global Acct.Name>@<Access Key> xxxx.saas.appdynamics.com 443 <AppName> php node1

and I got the output as well showing that the agent installation was successful (please see the attachment). However the agent isn't communicating any data to the SaaS Controller host.

Please let me know if I did anything wrong here or if I'm missing anything with the installation process.

This is the output we got.

Extra arguments: /etc/php5/cli/conf.d] [-p /usr/bin/php5] [-v 5.5] https://paidxxx.saas.appdynamics.com 443 agrade php_tier 1

Usage: install.sh options controller-host controller-port application-name tier-name node-name

Please see attached screen view for more details.

Hi.

Looks like you're missing all of the necessary parameters.

/install.sh [-s] -a=<account_name>@<account_access_key> [-e <php_ext_dir>] [-i <php_ini_dir>]
[-p <php_binary_dir>] [-v <php_version>]
 <controller-host> <controller-port> <app_name> <tier_name> <node_name>

Thank you. Should we go ahead and configure it as such or is uninstall required so that we can set it up from scratch. If so, what would be the quickest way for uninstall. Thanks.

Just try the full parameters first, it should work.
