.NET agent unable to connect to controller with SSL enabled & self-signed cert imported

Hi Clark,

 Please send us the agent logs by default locted at "C:\ProgramData\APpdynamics\Logs" if agent version is 3.7.8 and greater else "C:\Appdynamics\Logs".
 
 Apart from the above can you please confirm that you have imported the certificate to "Computer Account" instead of "User Account".
 You have followed the steps mentioned in the below link.
