Hi,

Thanks for writing to appsphere forum. We understood that you have provided controller-host, controller-port and application-name details under <agent_install_dir>/conf/controller-info.xml (Ex: /home/crmprod/crmmonitor/conf/controller-info.xml) as per docs
http://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO13S/Apache+Tomcat+Startup+Settings

http://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO13S/Install+the+App+Agent+for+Java , let us know if any disconnect.

Can you please provide the following details:
- have you generated load on busienss trasnsactions (say: servlets) on the server and have you checked the load under "MyApp" at the controller UI or under the application name in UI for application-name provided in controller-info.xml for agent config ?

- Can you confirm the type of request you are making in browser on server with agent configure (Servlet, Struts, Springs etc) ?

- Please send the following logs to debug further:
  - zipped version of agent logs under <agent_dir>/logs
  - controller-info.xml under <agent_dir>/conf directory
  - screenshot from controller UI depicting the issue with no load

Do write back to us for further assistance

Thanks,

Arun

Hi Arun,

Never mind. I found that my problem was only a permissions issue.

Thanks anyway.
