Monitoring Switches

Hello all,

I am new to AppDynamics, but I was wondering if AppDynamics is capable of monitoring Cisco, HP, and Juniper switchs, wireless controllers, and firewalls?

Hi Kavan,

Currently we support Java, PHP, Node js, .NET IIS as refered in docs: 

https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO40/PHP+Supported+Environments

https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO41/Supported+Environments+and+Versions

If the switches for Cisco, HP you are running on above environments(on jVM Or IIS) we should be able to support, if not check if we can use extensiosn which can be integrated with machine agent, see if that answers your query:
