Monitor disconnection between Terminal Server and Application servers

Dear All

We do have app dynamics installed in our estate. What I wanted to know if whether it would be possible for App Dynamics to monitor the connection between the two servers constantly and notify any breakdown.

Basically the situation is as follows :

Users  RDP /log into a jump server( terminal server) where they call the application URL and start using the system.

We already have the appdynamics monitoring the application server but any discconnections between Terminal Server and the application server is not currently noted.

Would this be feasible with respect to AppDynamics

Glad if anyone could share their thoughts!

Hi Harsh,

Apologies for delay in response, I initially thought to check below feature docs , but if understood correct in your case customer is not accessing application server using requests from other JVM/IIS .NET server as such but they are doing windows remote desktop connection to the server machine and just accessing from browser on that target machine, and you want to get notified if any user fails to RDP from other windows/linux instance to (and terminal server is not a JVM /  IIS) To target app server. let us know if any disconnect here.

If above said is the case, unless my understanding is wrong, unfortunately i do not see any option / feature here that could meet your requirement
