Does anyone  know if this kind of client platform it's supported within our APPD Matrix, now or in a near future?
I didn't find anything about that ...

Hi,

  ClickOnce application can be instrumeneted. We have tried this in house and instrumenting this deploment mechanism would work and is same as instrumenting any Non IIS based applications.
