Hi, we use the java agent and the js in the head tag for web user experience to monitor our application. But there doesn't seem to be a link between the two. In an Appdynamics datasheet I found there can be a connection between it:

How can we accomplish that?

if your appagent and jsagent are working fine, chances are the correlation (end user -> BT) is already happening. Instead of using the callgraph / app dashboard, suggest you start from the End User Experience side of things. Navigate to an application(Browser or Mobile) and under that a Page which you know for sure is generated by a backend transaction(that you know of). Make sure there is currently load on this page as seen from the End User Experience metrics. Double click on the Page and it'll open up an overview re: this page. Scroll down on this page and find a section titled "Related Business Transactions". If your correlation is working fine, you will see a link to the Business Transaction. If this is blank, then the correlation is not working. We will have to dig deeper. a HAR file from a browser / pageview would be a good starting point for the investigation. What version of the Controller / EUM are we talking about here?
